So, for the vampire side,

you make the moth priest your thrall, right?

Well, I was wondering, can you do this to anyone else? For example, a follower or friend. I know that you have to use Vampire's Seduction, then feed on them, but before I waste time doing this, I just wanted to know.

I dont think it can be done outside of quests.

You can however get a sidequest making your wife/husband a vampire.
