Just wanted to know, can you reaquire being a vampire lord more than once?

I believe it's infinite. I've been reinfected once by Serana after going werewolf again. I can't confirm any more than that, however.

I only want to know because I want to cure myself to change my looks, then reaquire vampirism. I don't feel like doing the companions yet though.

I did the same thing. Doing that should be okay. Just save before the change, and take Serana with you. Vampirism really messes with one's face.

Well I have my heaviness all the way up and it's making my neck clip through certain pieces of armor...
