I have those 2 awesome rings for the vamp side (Still use my 40% one handed increase ring tho) and i think the time increase for the blood chalice thing. and in dawngaurd I have the hammer and shield artifact and the enhanced Dwarven C-bow. what things are next in both sidequest lines, anything good?

Also get the Amulet of Gargoyles which let's you summon two gargoyles at once, and the amulet of bats which has a cloud of bats that swirl around you and cause damage to enemies.

The amulet of bats just makes the Night Cloak bats drain health, the Night Cloak already gives you the cloud of bats.
You also get 2 rings form the radiant quests -

Ring of the Beast - +100 health and your claws do an additional 20 damage.
Ring of Erudite - +100 Magika and you regenerate Magika faster.
