So I was watching Dawnguard gameplays on YouTube and noticed that when Lord Harkon speaks, the first time you meet him, moves like a rapper, shacking his hands and walking like if he was kind of dancing... It looked pretty wrong and I don't like it very much, since this isn't RockBand and he isn't Eminem. In regular Skyrim nobody have ever moved that way, so I find it strange and weird the devs added that animations.

Have anyone else noticed this and didn't like it?

Yea I have seen this as well. Serana does this too, she shakes her hands and body like she did too much Skooma which drives me nuts.

Much like the action of Serana interacting with the environment, this is Beth's attempt to make the NPCs more life-like and realistic

I noticed it, and I liked it. It's just that kind of animation that doesn't feel right with the series and the setting.

Varelica is the same when you first meet her. She starts spittin' a dirty one getting on you for being a half-blood/vampire hunter. Family of MC's.

I guess they're a bit over animated, but I had noticed in the past, that I thought the NPC's didn't move enough when they spoke. I would expect an eccentric person to use more gesticulation when they spoke. Lord Harkon is nothing if not eccentric.
