Hardened Falmer Armor

Post » Mon Nov 19, 2012 9:51 pm

Is it possible to craft your own version of the heavy/hardened falmer armor? I understand from the UESP wiki page that it falls under the category of advanced armors within the smithing perk tree and requires Chaurus Chitin. If not available for crafting, at which level do they falmer that drop them begin to spawn and which type drop them the most? Thanks.

The reason I ask is because I am only level six and I will reach near level twenty by the time I complete Dawnguard with this character.

No crafting, and male warmongers often carry it. Not sure what level, though.

Does a forge eventually appear at the Dawnguard fort?

Yes, fairly early.

Does anyone have a picture of the falmer armor being worn on a male character? Bonus points if the shellbug helmet is being worn also.

If you have a link to a website or a video instead I'll be glad to check that out.

Here you are, Bambi! Low iPod quality, but it should sate your appetite for now.

Thanks, that actually works perfect for me. I'm excited to get to a high enough level to find that armor and go hunting in it.

I have to say, after wearing it for a bit, I'm really starting to like it.
