(Hey all!

As my title suggests, I'm absolutely in the dark with anything PC/ using any console commands. I am having a friend port my save file from my 360 to the PC and adding a few unbotainalbe items to my inventory (i'm looking at you, Ancient Falmer Crown).

I have always loved the Blackblood neck tattoo and would like this added to my gamesave.

No I'm not sure if this can be done with the vanilla console or if this can only be accomplished via mod download. So my post will as two questions:

1- Can he console command the tattoo onto my charachter? What is the command, ID?
2- If so, since the texture is available in the vanilla game, will it survive the save and transferon my 360 save when I load up on the xbox?
