I'm making my vampire character, and I don't want to go switching around between Vampire and Werewolf more than once.

I know you have to become a werewolf to continue the companions questline, but do you have to remain a werewolf to finish it.

Example: Should I do the whole companion questline as a werewolf before starting Dawnguard? Or can I just get to the point of joining the circle and becoming one then start the Vampire questline and finish the companions as a vamp?

I know you can switch back and foward. But, I just want to become a werewolf once before turning into a vampire for the rest of my game.

I guess it should work out since the only part of the companion's questline where you NEED to transform is the Blood Oath, so you should be able to become a vampire just after that quest!

Besides, it wouldn't be lore-friendly if you couldn't ! Aela says that it should be a choice and that you shouldn't be forced to stay a werewolf
