Add Guards + Monster to the map (from skyrim itself, just pick one and add it to the map)
Add an item to the map (I already found a mod of the map)
Add a quest system (Just have a system that player can follow)
Add a simple dialog (for quest as well) (just simple text box)
Add cinematic (I have a video you just need to convert it to skyrim file)

I'll fill in more details if you are interested. This is just an overview.

This is the map http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/25003 (frosty keep) A very simple map, at the bottom of it I want to have a chest that will have a sword and armor http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6348. Outside/inside entrance of the dungeon will have soldiers and just randomly fill the dungeon with monsters (few at the start and more closer to the chest).. after the player picks the sword a dialogue will occur (sword talking to the player) "Kill them...kill them all..." then the player will kill the guards on the entrance outside of the dungeon. Basically the player will start outside of the dungeon and he can pick up a quest from one of the guards.

I don't think you're allowed to offer monetary rewards...

Also, making the text dark grey when the background is dark grey (For default layout) doesn't exactly make it easy to read.

And I'm not joking nor being a douch3, Skyrim uses BINK Video codec, which requires a software that you need to license, and IIRC they license it to companies, not to individuals (IRRC, I might be wrong)

BINK is not exactly a codec that you can grab off the internet like OGG, so you might want to reconsider the last point.

Unless Jack Sparrow-ed version of it is available, and I'm not aware of it.

Oh on the contrary. http://www.radgametools.com/bnkdown.htm. At least a converter to make the bink video. You need a license to have your game engine coded to play them, but you can make them for free.
