I am in the early stages of the Dawnguard side of the expansion. Will an alchemy table spawn in somewhere in Fort Dawnguard as I continue the quest line?

In addition,

are all of the containers safe for storage? Thanks.

It looks like it has one of everything, which is perfect for me. According to that page you linked, the Fort has a re-spawn time of ten days. Is it correct to assume that there is no safe storage available inside of the Fort?

I would like to know if there is safe storage aswell. I know not to use the fish barrels from experience though
