Hello.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the Creation Kit, somewhat.
I just wanted to ask two questions: One that isn't actually related to the title, I suppose, and one that is.

My first question is:
Is it possible to take the effects that the Spriggans have around them (Those leafs or what it is, floating around them) and applying that effect to a weapon? If so, how? Will I need NifScope to do it?

Question two:
Can you make an enchantment that works like some poisons (Target takes X amount of damage in/after X amount of seconds?) and apply the afforementioned effect as the visual effect to that enchantment?
