werewolf totems? : V

how do you use the werewolf totems. such as to call ice wolves or other werewolves. i assumed it would be by pressing the right bumper but nothing happens nor can i find where to select them. i have put a perk point on at least two of them. any help would be appreciated.

its part of the companions side quests.

talk to aela after the main quests and evently she will ask you to join her on a mission to find the totems 3 in total.

Yes the Companions main quest, then start talking to Aela for work, but you should still have the default " fear howl " to start with.

Not main quest as in dragons & greybeards main quest. Companions questline.
