I didn’t know about this till a couple of weeks ago. My dude was level 58 and everything I use I already had at 100. So for me it was just a way to get perk points. Haven’t noticed any change in my character from 58 to 81. Fought a legendary dragon though noticed a difference there. First time I needed a heath potion in a fight in a long time. The fight at the Dwarf forge left me nuts a bit tender too. I would not have used it before I got my guy where I wanted him but after playing a couple hundred hours it’s not that big a deal. I do feel bad about one of the dark brotherhood missions though.

And deleting your kids save file. All that will do is make him not tell you things. And we all know kids get in more trouble in the real world than in video games, they need a safe place to come to then so it doesn’t get worse. It should be his choice, otherwise he learns nothing. I was raised by my Grandma, if she got mad at me, well everyone has a temper. Now if I disappointed her, that was a whole other thing, a flea could’ve pooped on me I felt so low. I’m just one grain of salt in 7 billion but I think competition is a better way to teach about cheating. Earning a win is so much better than finagling one. And when you lose you learn how not to do something and do better next time. The best we can do for kids is give them as much info as possible so they can make informed decisions, only they can walk their path and you can’t delete a save file in real life.
