Can we customise default clothing?

I'm currently creating a NPC follower, and I wanted her to wear a specific piece of fur armour (ArmorBanditCuirass2) and a pair of hide boots (ArmorHideBoots). There doesn't seem to be any default clothing set which has these two items alone - there are a lot of specific sets for other armour types, but for fur there are none. We only have the Bandit sets (which are randomly spawned). The closest match I found was a Hunter set which had the two items plus a horribly mismatching pair of Stormcloak Officer Gauntlets (ArmorStormcloakBearGauntlets). Is there any way to delete those gauntlets from the default clothing setup, or create a new custom default clothing setup? I wouldn't even mind if I could change the Stormcloak Gauntlets to regular hide gauntlets.

I could just give her some regular clothing and put the armour in her inventory, but then she wouldn't end up dressed in furs when not following me.

Thanks for any help.

Yes, you can create custom outfits. In the object window, go to items and outfits. There you can create new outfits for your follower that will then show up in the drop down menu when choosing your followers outfit. You will need to drag clothes\armor and drop them into your new outfit list.
