Cobwebs. I hate cobwebs.

After beating the Dawnguard questline siding with the Dawnguard, I expected to return to a fancy castle fortress that would be cleaned up, even if I had to pay for the cleaning. But nope. Everyone there is content with living in a dimly light castle with lots of random junk and barrels cluttering up the place and cobwebs covering every surface imaginable.

I'd really love to see a future update to this DLC that allows us to clean up the place, and add a better player base. Seriously, it is a fortress. Where's the armory? Castle Volkihar had no less than 6 weapon and shield mount, and 4 weapon racks, not to mention about 6 or 7 display cases. Those Vamp's know how to live.

Yes, yes we do.

Now bow before our cleanliness and superior design motifs.

Yup, we normally clean the place with people's blood but we hate cobwebs with a passion.

As a vampire who loves using display cases I found Castle Volkihar a bit disappointing, you cannot use any of the display cases since everything respawns in them, so it gets a bit cluttered if you put something else in there as well. I was going to claim the armory despite the inconvenience of having to go the long way around to reach it, but none of the racks work. At this rate when I finish the side quests, I will give up being a Vampire Lord, there will be nothing to interest my character. Sleeping in a coffin is not something he intends doing for the rest of his life.

I actually did not mind the cobwebs that much though, and I am sure Castle Volkihar has more than the Dawnguard Fortress does.

I've yet to hear about a maid servant doing cleaning in Fort Dawnguard. Maybe you could recruit Agnis to your cause?
