Completed Dawnguard questline, not completed Elder Knowledge : V

Is my game glitched now seeeing as i already have the Kel, i meant Elder Scroll in my inventory?

But I didn't go the College. Rather, I couldn't persuade myself in and I was no mage. I got it through Discerning the Transmudane. Finished Skyrim's Main Quest without a problem - Elder Knowledge completed as soon as Paarth tasked me with getting the scroll.

I'd hate to revert back to a really old save.
