Seems like it. I cured myself as well, and they fancy coming after me from time to time though i'm now a werewolf.

You would think that they would stop coming after that quest where you kill all of the leaders.

Please don't start that there is already a thread with the discussion. Both are 'evil' in a way. Vampires would attack you as well then they'd fight each other for power.

Besides its in natural to want vengeance or some form destruction on another (in certain circumstances).

Well you did just wipe out the leaders even if you are human again so you did consort with the vampires so you are their enemy

The point is you joined the most powerful clan of vampires that threaten the exsistance of a "normal" elderscrolls world. I'd hunt your ass down too, vampire or ex-vampire

Dawnguard and vampires both have their issues. Leave it at that.
Also regardless if you are a werewolf, vampire, human, or all of the above you killed the leaders of the group. They will hunt you down regardless of what you are.
