Good evening modding community.

I have been working on a follower mod for some time, custom voice acting and all that jazz. I planned to release it today, but when I tested it for a final time, a strange issue arose. For some reason the NPC hello dialogue was missing, so when I walk up to an NPC they would just stare at me with a blank expression.
Is there anything I might have done that can be fixed? Or will i just have to delete about 12 hours of work and move on.

Hi, we need more details in order to help. It might be the dialogue bug. What conditions do you have on the hello dialogue topic?

Thanks for replying, the problem is not the hello topic for my npc, it is every npc in the entire game.

That is very strange... Does it happen in the vanilla game or just with your mod loaded?
