I ma doing the rings of blood magic quest and for the second ring i have to go to the hohentorruinen. at the end i cant open the doors infront of it. does anyone else have this problem?

Isn't that the location of the dragon priest? If it is, you can't move past that point if you have already killed the dragon priest. Reload a save before the quest is given, and it should give a different location.
