I haven't gotten the DLC yet but i was wondering: is it possible to get all the perks from the main game now? I've heard you can add perks through certain types of kills but I want to know if they're tree specific or if they can be placed anywhere.

They are specific to the Vampire Lord and Werewolf skill trees.
