I've looked through the CK for some dialogue instances (like when you beat alduin at the throat of the world) but I cannot find it. looked through filtered dialogue and Quest manager.
I also cannot find the special vampire encounter quotes and the special phrases alduin should say during the throat of the world encounter depending on your equipment. Where are they'

You should check the combat tab in the dialogue quests. That is where that type of dialogue normally is.

I just meant the quests that have the word "dialogue" in their editor ID. I would have a look myself but I have not played the game yet so I don't want to spoil anything for myself.

What are you trying to do specifically? You can just extract all the files manually from the bsa anyways if you're looking to use them for a quest dialogue.
