I have two scenes in my mod that refuse to start no matter what I check, double check, or change. So I'm looking for help, maybe you guys can shout out things for me to double check that may be causing this problem? Some info:

- Yes I checked that the quest is running. There are several other scenes in the quest that work just fine, but these two specific ones never do.
- Yes the scenes have dialogue, it's in place and I can even preview it through the CK, so I know it's there and being recognized.
- The scenes have scripts that fire right when they're started and those aren't even going, which is how I know they aren't even being started it would appear.
- The scenes are both simple dialogue ones with maybe a package. I'm just trying to add some immersion and conversation as an NPC moves through one of my levels.
- For the second of the two scenes, my NPC moves his hands like he's talking, but the timer script on the scene never fires, and he never actually says his line.

Any ideas? I have literally almost 100 other scenes, some rediculously complex, in my mod that all work fine, but these two simple little ones refuse to go for some reason.
