-Problems with Dual Wielding: still no sheath for second weapon (WTF?!); several animations bugs, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UZJXTHHEWCY, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TD9mBn3ZmjI&t=11s, or when you trying to make dual wield power attack, while sneaking.
-Ugly jump.

Striping/flickering shadows are still here.

Even though I find it hard playing an open world game where I never know where the enemies are going to come from in first person the silly looking animations keep me from using the 3rd person view too much.
