I'm at the quest Kindred Judgement (Dawnguard Side) and I'm at the bit where Isran addresses the other members of the Dawnguard telling them that we are fighting Harkon, but all he does is calls them in and everyone comes in and stands in their spot but Isran (or anyone) says nothing. The quest arrow is just floating on top of Isran's head telling me to speak with him but the options are irrelevant. Can anyone help? I cannot progress through Dawnguard anymore until this is fixed.

P.S. I've tried waiting, sleeping and reloading but nothing helps.

Try going to Castle Volkihar. You are supposed to go there after the speech anyways, so maybe doing that will make the quest continue. The only thing I can think of.

Cool It works! I had to travel to castle Volkihar and then travel back to Fort Dawnguard.
