I want to get cured of vampirism in order to continue on the Dawnguard questline (I turned into one to go to the Soul Cairn) I spoke to Falion but there is no dialogue option to get meself cured . Is there something I have to do ? I am a stage 4 vampire

I've heard and read that he won't trust you enough if you're at stage 4. Try feeding and then go see him.

Edit: The stage 4 problem may just be on the vanilla game, if it works out sorry for the bonked advice and congrats lol

Ya, that is rather confusing. I keep forgetting to go to the innkeeper first the few times I've been a vamp.

And rather silly given that Fallion is able to recognize you as a vampire on sight after you hear the rumor, but not before?

Don't approach him as a Vampire Lord. He fight for a second then flees and cowers. He will cure you later though.
