Just as you go in the Soul Cairn there is this small stone building with a barred room. I can look in it and I see some items inside. But I can't for the life of me figure out how to get it open. I've shouted at it, played with the lite stone things in front of it, etc. and I just can't figure it out.

So, question is, how the heck does one get past those bars?

Arrows or bolts unlock the doors in the Crain.

there is a bow and some arrows infront of the building. (super low level... often indicate that something needs to be done with it.)

Dang if they had been snakes I would have stepped on them.

I missed the bow and arrow too.

Projected spells work as well, be they spray or missile projectile.
