Am I being dim or

Ok so I bought dawnguard today and I am now at the point where Harkon asks me to be one of them. HOWEVER, everytime I click on hime he just keeps telling me he awaits my decesion. Now am I being dim or do I need to do something. I am a pleb so you dont have to remind me of that thx.

Reload an older save or start a new dawnguard campaign. You're probably bugged.

You should have had a 'yes or no' choice come up on your screen, if you didn't get it you must have a glitch.
