Can you craft arrows and crossbolts now, or just arrows?

I've only seen arrows. I hope the bolts are there and I just missed how to get them, but other than that I'd say no. Just arrows.

To craft crossbow bolts you need to side with the Dawnguard and recruit Soline Geraurd. Once she gets to Fort Dawnguard she will tell you how to make a crossbow and crossbow bolts. Crossbows can only be made at the forge in Fort Dawnguard. Unechanted crossbow bolts can be made anywhwere. Enchanted crossbow bolts can only be made at the Fort Dawnguard forge.

I just wish we could make crossbows from other perks like Glass or Dragon Bone. I know there are mods out there for them but would of prefferd Bethesda to of done them as the ones you find can be over powered from the workshop or Nexus.

What crossbows can be crafted?

Steel and Dwarven, the steel one is just called Crossbow though. There are also Enhanced versions of each of them which are the same except they ignore 50% of armour.
