I didn't kill the werewolf, and I forgot his name, but now I have to kill the hunter that's after the werewolf, and there is no arrow showing me what to do.

Just continue on through the cave and you will run into a bunch of them. And the werewolf is named Sinding.

Side note: I was confused by the quest name too, but it's actually Ill met by moonlight. Broken down, I came up with this: For ye who waits in the moonlight shall be met by ill. The ill being Sinding.

I'm not in a cave. I'm in between Riverwood, and Whiterun kinda near a river with Sinding just standing there.

I finally found the Cave again, and I killed off the Hunters, but now I have a problem in reaching Sinding, because he is in jail again, and his wolf form is making it hard to get next to me so I can talk to him.

I finally was able to get Sinding to walk up kind of near the bars so I could talk to him, so the quest would be finished, but this quest is really bugged though.
