ESO Music Composer?

Any word on the music composer?
Will it be Jeremy Soule?

Morrowinds had one of the best gaming soundtracks I have ever heard. Followed by AoC.

Would be cool if they allowed us to import our own music. Would import all of Morrowind, AoC, and some other stuff.
