Does anyone recognize the symbol of the belt of the First Dragonborn?? anything familiar in the universe of Elders Scrolls??

This has been talked about already. Pure speculation but it could be a Moth or a Scarab either linked to Julianos/Jhunal or Lorkhan/Shor respectively.
