So anyway, here is the argument:

What do you think is Sapphire and Rune's real names? And do you think they were related at some point, but they don't remember that they were related?

It would be very funny is Sapphire's name was Rune, and Rune's name was Sapphire, but anyway, I think Sapphire could somehow be related to Clan Snow-Shod, and Rune can be related to Corpulus Vinius, the Innkeeper of the Winking Skeever.

Sapphire, in my opinion, has Nura Snow-Shod's eyes, and Vulwulf's face. I have been comparing photos of them. It was surprisingly a match. What I have figured out is 'Sapphire' Snow-Shod. Still figuring out her first name.

Rune, in my opinion, has Corpulus's eyes, but do not know who has rune's face... It is looking like Corpulus has his face as well...

No one knows. I'm hoping we might get a hint about Rune in Dragonborn...but prolly not.
