Was watching the trailer again and realized that the shot from far out in the water looking at Solsthiem is from the east side of the island. If we are taking a boat from Skyrim why would we be far off the eastern coast? Perhaps riding a dragon over the sea. It's probably nothing important just thought it was odd, and it's fun to speculate.

The port is on the eastern side?

The trailer shows us docking at what appears to be Raven Rock on the western side.

Well maybe they made a new port on the east side.

that was just a panning shot of the island, nothing says we were on the boat when that shot was taken.

Oh I understand now.. Ok I have no idea then..
