What would be the odds that there is a linkage between this "KillMoveDLC02RipHeartOut" being a finishing move for this "Dragon Aspect?"

It sounds pretty plausible to me personally, as it's not only in the code but the way it's worded not only as "kill move" but "RIP OUT" Means it's not as simple as like taking it out of inventory like you do with Briarhearts and Dremora but it's an actual visual physical killmove. FIRST they allowed me to rip someone's soul from their body and then enslave it for a short period, THEN they allow me to tear folks hearts from their chests?
