I was wondering how the whole Dragon Riding thing is going to work when it comes to Odahviing, Paarthurnax and Durnehviir. I am willing to bet that if it is some Dragon shout used to take control of the Dragons that it may work on both Odahviing and Paarthurnax but not Durnehviir due to him residing in the Soul Cairn. It would be awesome with either one of them but more so with Odahviing due to the whole badass color thing.

Odahviing you already have ridden once so he may not let you ride him again. He respects you but I don't think he'd let you take another trip on him.
Paarthurnax...I'm not sure if he would. Then again I'm not sure if he'd say no.
Durnehviir probably won't since he taught you that shout so his debt to you would be paid.

Well we have a photo and a video confirming it. And we have a shout that can tame any dragon. SOOOOOO. I pretty sure we can ride.

eh, ya didn′t see the trailer? There is both a shot of Dragonborn hopping on the dragon and another when he is on the dragon s it flies, so yeah it′s in, in one form or another

as for who, my bet is on a completely new named dragon, to ensure that players whatever actions they taken in Skyrim/ Dawnguard doesnt lock them out of getting dragon riding.

There is no proof at the moment that "a shout that can tame any dragon." unless something has been said otherwise?

In Vanilla you also see the character climbing up onto Odahviing but we didn't ride him, it was just a cutscene. Like I said it may or may not be possible.

More than likely there would be a new dragon popping up.

I think you misunderstood my original point friend. What you stated was, "a shout that can tame any dragon." My point is that we don't know if you'll be able to tame any dragon or only a special dragon etc. I'm not debating weather or not we can ride them. So chill

I will break this down, the subject in the sentence was "Learn new shouts" <-- Topic. Then it said "That bend the will of your enemies" <--- Singular "And even tame dragons" The comma was used to separate the two, but they were both shouts.
