So I started a new Sword and Board character and am actually

So I'm following this build and playing on master.

Even utilizing enchanting and smithing, because I'm walking around as the Dragonborn that is in all the trailers (Iron Helmet, Gauntlets, Boots, Studded Armor, Banded Iron Shield, Steel/Skyforge Steel Sword and Dagger) I have the clear and present danger of being close to death in almost all battles.

I'm actually having to invest healing potions. My sword and bow are doing damage in the 300s due to smithing and enchantments but my armor rating is only 320.

Actually fearing Mauraders, Briarhearts, etc. in open battle is....fun. Perhaps my Breton Mage just spoiled me with too much ease.

Long story short. Feels good man.

Why a dagger out of curiosity? Only for stealth or do you use it regularly?

Stealth and when I want to dual wield. Also because the Dragonborn in promo pictures show him sometimes equipped dual wielding a Steel Sword and Dagger. With the exception of the dawnguard trailer, they never depict the Dragonborn with either a quicker or bow. I'd of followed with utilizing no archery if it weren't for potential pain in the ass dragon battles otherwise.
