Now this has probably been brought up in the past and it might have severe issues if you were to do this but.... Do you think there might be a possible chace of adding a selective character save system (ex: Mass Effect) where you have about 15 saves per character in there own menue as to not save over another character for those of us who don't trust their device to not corupt save data. Mass Effect is my best example I can't really explain my issues in just one post.

It seems unlikely that Bethesda would do this now. It would likely only be a feature included from the start.

You can always have different characters on different User Profiles, so that they never overlap Auto Saves.
