Out of the two races which would Jaime Lannister would be Nord or Imperial? Be been going over this in my head for while and can't not just pick so I came here seeing what other people would think would be best

Tall blond hair blue eyes? Nord for sure. I am pretty sure Imperials are supposed to be darker completed more Mediterranean in appearance. So you want a Nord, they fit the bill for the Lannisters hands down.
