Hi guys!
Im from Riga, Latvia and we cant buy Skyrim and its's DLC's in steam store. Can someone tell me Why? And whene this problem will be solved? Because of this, I must buy game code somewhere alse in internet, use steam to activate it, but then come the second problem, i cant buy DLC... this is not fair that ppl already have 2 dlc's and wait for 3'd but i must play in standart skyrim for some reasons! Pliz Bethesda can u sell dlc's codes so we ppl from Latvia can buy it in other stores and activate it in steam, or change something for our country in steam. This is not fair i want all dlc's!

the only way to get it is by contacting someone from western europe to give you them as a steam present. You should have sites that offer that service like for exampe some auction based sites? I got them this way.

Well I bought mine on a polish auction site called Allegro.pl I don't know what is the Latvian equivalent. Bascially try something like Ebay in your country.

Oh! Also you need to have steam and skyrim changed to english if you have a local translation. (Polish translation is horrbile so I didn't have a problem with this )

Why Skyrim is already unlocked in Russian Steam and here in Poland it's still: 'This item is currently unavailable in your region'? So Bethesda apparently have some agreement with Russian 1C if they lifted regional lock there. Shouldn't that apply to us too if Cenega was bought and is part of 1C?

There are countless other regions where Skyrim is blocked on Steam. I absolutely have no clue why anybody would do that and nobody has ever been listening...
