What's the strangest thing you've done, heard or seen in Skyrim? I say vanilla only because mods are fun and weird, but true weirdness comes unintentional in the game, or if the developers have a brain fart

I was in Solitude for the Civil War quests, and General Tullius and Legate Rikke were talking. All of a sudden, Tullius' legs spack out and he's now like a foot shorter then Rikke, who suddenly brandishes a bear mug, so it looks like she's rubbing his shiny bald head...

That's one weird thing that comes to mind...

Weirdest thing for me would be attacking a chicken in Riverwood and the guards screaming at me to go to jail.

Side Note: Tullius isn't bald.

An guard in Riften was sitting and enjoying an beer, he probably had drunken to much as he forgot the chair and stat comfortable in the air.

I once run into an "hologram" of an horse on the road just north of lakeview manor. Horse standing on road, I thought the owner was hunting or fighting so I used aura whisper, nothing and the horse did not glow something I did not think about before trying to activate it. I could not, I could walk through it and spells or weapons did not interact either. Continued on and found the horse and the hunter.
The hologram was gone later.

Last week my follower walked around naked for about two game days. Then all of a sudden she had clothes on.

Dragons flying backwards. I know it was a bug, but as Austin Powers once said "...the sheer mechanics of it are mind boggling!"

Watching a horse fly into the sky. He wasn't running, he just started floating up into the aether at a 45 degree angle.

For me its the naked courier.......I guess he likes the briskness of it all.

I just did an entire quest sitting down. No.. not me sitting at my xbox. My character did an entire quest sitting down. He was in a tavern, to his right was a bard who asked him to go give a letter to this girl. I went to get up and she was sitting next to me on my left so I just handed her the letter. She got pissed.... and then the bard was no longer nice to me. It was a very uncomfortable place to sit so I went and sat across the room.

Seeing a dragon die because he bumped his head... I was on a ledge with a dragon below me when I shot it with an arrow. It was a sneak attack with a pretty nasty bow against a lower level dragon. He barely had any health left and he flew straight up. He hit the ledge, made that umpf noise dragons make when they die, and then he landed and died.


Loading the future. I was in Riften and a thief killed Ingun Blackbriar. I like her character so I loaded back two saves. Then when I went into Riften instead of a Thief spawning a courier spawned. He proceeded to give me 100 gold as my inheritance from Ingun, and there was her body.... where I watched the thief kill her before I loaded. I was very very confused.

I was walking in a snowy valley between Winterhold and Windhelm. All of a sudden, a dead horse comes tumbling down the craggy mountain, coming to a rest right in front of me. I thought someone was playing a trick on me at first.

Getting attacked by 7 sabre cats consecutively one after the other. I would kill one, go to leave then another one attacks me, then another one, then another one........... You get the idea .

Ok, so I mount my horse and prepare for some more adventure. I get in the sitting animation. Then as the horse takes off my body floats up and we go in completely opposite directions. Leaving me with just the horse to control. I chase after my own body, but it just keeps on going and eventually phases through a mountain.

From there on it was up to Dovahorse to stop Alduin...
