I'm stuck on this Dawnguard quest until I figure out a fix to this bug. Sent to Winterhold to hunt down a master vampire for "Hunting the Monster", but the "Blood and Ice" quest started as well, and my contact, Susanna the Wicked was dead already. Quest marker for the evidence of the vampire's whereabouts is pointing me to an empty chair in the Candlehearth Hall Inn. I've tried respawning Susanna the Wicked using console commands, but she doesn't have any dialog options, just keeps cycling through her talk responses. Any help on this one? Is there any way to restart this quest? Thanks.
