The trailer lists the release as the 4th of December.

waiting for the 12th of Nov 2013 would be such a drag, would have sold Skyrim by then, unless the other two dlcs release for ps3

Not sure I get the joke. The release date has been firmly stated as the 4th of December, in the Lords year 2012 by the official materials.
