This door fascinates me. I'm speculating of course, but this looks like the entrance to the First Dragonborn's crypt. The bird like (Hawkish) symbolism reminds me of the buckle worn on the antagonist's waist line. It's not idenical, but it cetainly has some resemblence. There are red symbols inside the hawkish eyes, and red symbolism all around the radius above that. There are carvings in the stone work too, but I can't make any of it out.

There is a lot of red symboliism (especially on the door, and the center of the door inparticular), and there are lots of corpse cages hovering in front of it. Hmmmm....

I don't know. Sometime when I look at it, it shouts daedra. other times it shouts vampirism. The architecture overall however is indicative to the architecture of the dragon priest temples in skyrim.
