I started up a Battle mage character and have been working on my house in the Pale when I noticed this. I sleep in my bed and I no longer gain rest bonuses. I though ok maybe I have something else getting in the way spell wise.

So I checked what was active and it said Blessing of Talos shouts reduced by 0% something like that. And I had used the Talos shrine in Whiterun because I had Bone Break Fever. But that was like 5 days ago in game time.

So it had 1 hour left , I waited a hour. It was still there , so I slept for 5...was still there at 1 hour remaining. So I slept for 24 hours , then it had 7 mins left. And again waited for 1 hour then it had 4 mins...hmm ok? Well finally the blessing wore off but still no rest exp bonus. I slept for days and nothing. Usually when I sleep in a home I own I get max 10% , I heard 15% was max but I have never got that. So I went to town and slept in the tavern and got nothing again. And Im not a Werewolf.

So just wondering what can cause this? Or if anyone else has this issue.
