You created a thread.... asking people to PM you? This isn't craigslist, you know, right? Even if this was craigslist, you didn't even give information about the type of blog cotent, what CMS is being used, etc.

If you're blog is going to be monetized, any chance the page designer will get monetized? *wink wink nudge nudge*

I don't really want anyone to produce anything for me - yet. I just want someone who knows about how to lay out a web page to have a look at my blog and let me know what needs to be done to improve it. Move on from there.
