Excuse me, I'm just wondering something?

I've had a number of bugs in this game since I first started playing, and it's really annoying sometimes, especially since there seems to be no way of way of fixing them when you play on a console like the X Box 360 for e.g. :-/

Anyway, I've just completed a quest to kill a giant for Brina Merilis. (she's the Jarl of Dawnstar)

After I killed the giant, my quest log told me to go collect the bounty from her.
This I did, she rewarded me with my bounty, but THEN.... stupid bug alert..... the quest in my quest log log won't update and it still tells me
to collect the bounty from Brina Merilis.
That is now stuck in my quest log and it appears nothing can be done about it either!
How stupid! I'm rather peed of at this!

My question is..... does anyone else out there have this bug too, or just me?
At least I'd feel a bit happier if I wasn't the only one. *sigh!* :-/

For the millionth number of various bugs I've picked up in this game, I just wish I knew about it in the 1st place. :-/
At least it seems you can get around them on the PC version of the game by going into the console somehow, then I would have bought the PC version instead. *siiiiggghhhh!!*
Ahh well... never mind. :-/

It's a known bug for both possible quest-givers, Skald and Brina. On Brina's page at UESP it says that it's not even fixable with console commands on PC if you get the quest from her.
