Well, Wednesday night, I just finished the search for Crimson Nirnroot quest and I'm ashamed to say how many hours it took me to do it. Sure there are quite a few goodies to be found, but my character is so loaded with gold, weapons and soul gems that it wasn't like I needed the loot. It just got to be quite frustrating to be looking in the dark for that stuff. Anyone else find this one annoying/frustrating?

Eh. The Nirnroot quest back in Oblivion was worse...

But seriously... I got the Quest Cape in RuneScape and the Nirnroot quests is a walk in a park when compared to RS's "One Small Favor" quest...

Well, I haven't done that quest, but I do have to say that if you have so much gold, that it seems pointless to do dungeon diving/fetch quests for people. If nothing else, I would have enjoyed that quest because it encourages exploration and traveling through the backcountry of Skyrim. If you fast travel, however, I can see how you would be aggravated by this quest. Yet, once you hit a certain state of wealth, there is virtually no point in doing quests if you want a reward. The rewards are trivial and don't increase your wealth by much.

Well, I don't like to leave quests that appear on the quest list undone and I thought it might be a little more exciting than it was. It was difficult from a fighting standpoint, but it doesn't glow like they say it does, so some of the time you practically stumble upon it. There's a neat little 25% bonus chance of making double the amount of potions perk that is granted after you deliver the CN........if you're into alchemy. The best part was the amount of black soul gems and corundum that you can find.
