I just booted up Skyrim after probably 6 months of not playing it. Now, whenever I shout or take damage from an enemy the journal comes up and the game freezes. Hitting the PS button and going to XMB and back will return control to me and I can exit the journal, but the next time I get attacked or shout the journal pops up again.

haven't seen any mention of this anywhere. Has anybody else experienced this, and is there a fix for it? I just deleted and redownloaded my game data installing 1.6 from the get go instead of patching after and it still occurs.

EDIT: I was playing with the controller charging, unplugged it and now it works. WEIRD
