One of them includes Assist the people of the Pale (2/3) . The only way I can accomplish this is by completing Skald's mission, but I have that mission stacking 4 times. Meaning I cannot be thane. When can we expect patches for common bugs or will this forever be left unpatched?

Okay I got it completed. But the collect bounty from Skald has yet to be patched. Such a simple bug to fix yet Bethesda hasn't adressed it. 
It's good to create content but at least fix these problems.
