So I recently got a new power supply in the mail after the other one I got stopped working. I plugged everything in but it doesn't work. None of the fans turn on even the power supply's fan doesn't work. All that turns on is the light by the power on button for the computer. I know it has to be the power supply because I can put in my other PSU and all the fans fire up. I got this new one from Amazon and it was delivered by mail. Is it busted or am I just incompetent?
