Right people, I'm getting a rather annoying issue. My game just constantly freezes for short amount of times, hiccups and stutters while turning. This happens mostly near populated areas, or in the woods. I haven't had this problem on the far north-east of the map, where the mountains are. (For whatever reason)

I've got a few mods installed, but I've been running more at some times, and didn't have this problem. Could it be the V-Ram of my card? I mean it's "only" 1GB, but as I said, my game worked great with even more texture-related mods installed a while back.

Ideas?
